My Story
Hi! My name is Théa, and I’m the creator of Swim by Thea.
I started this brand by combining my love for sewing with my search for cute, high-quality bikinis that actually make you feel confident. I wanted pieces that weren’t just cute, but thoughtfully made and designed to be worn with confidence.
Creating Swim by Thea has some personal meaning to me. I’ve struggled with an eating disorder in the past, and sewing became a form of escape and something that helped ground me during difficult times. Designing and creating swimwear that I can truly feel confident in has become a symbol of strength, resilience, and growth.
This brand represents more than just swimwear, it represents progress, self-expression, and learning to feel comfortable in your own skin. As I continue on my recovery journey, every piece I create reflects that mindset.
Thank you for being here and supporting something that means so much to me.
